Join us every third Thursday of the month for our Light Heart Sessions. It’s a great chance to meet new friends, get to know people in our community and tackle mental health issues! We do this by being in great company, and discussing helpful ways to support oneanother, and loved ones who may be struggling with mental health.
After our RISE Event in 2018, we learnt that one of the best ways to improve mental health is through discussions, support, reducing isolation, and having fun with others in the local community. It isn’t a therapy session – it’s people meeting to enjoy time together, and support oneanother where we can.
